One Internet gives a leg up to budding Indian startups via Asia Hardware Battlefield

Via Asia Hardware Battlefield (India) 2016 One Internet rides this very wave to recognize hardware start-ups across India and offer them a rare platform to not just showcase their talents – but, indeed, aim for international fame.
A brainchild of Technode (techcrunch.com) and patronized by One Internet, the India chapter of the event today brought together hardware startups from 5 cities of India. After a breathless month of planning, scanning, pitching and voting three of the strongest ideas were honored with winner’s distinction in a glitzy ceremony today. Now each of these winners will get the incredible opportunity of travelling to China to pitch their concepts to angel investors and incubators of global repute.
Speaking on the forthcoming event, Himanshu Bindal, Founder, One Internet says, “There’s no dearth of talent and ideas in India. What is missing, however, is the right arena, where ideators can talk about their vision to the right people at the right time. This event is an extension of One Internet’s driving philosophy of filling this exact need gap – in the best possible way. In every step we take, we are playing our humble role in taking forward Shri Narendra Modi’s call of ‘Make in India’, and his grand vision of helping start-ups scale the next level of success.”
